In 1904 the physiologist Christian Borh, discovered the “Borh effect” that comes to say, that if we breathe more than  necessary (hyperventilation) we modify the micro environment necessary in our lungs to obtain the necessary oxygen and this puts in alert and  stresses our brain, and begins to take erroneous decisions.

When we breathe correctly, necessary cells are generated to strengthen our organism and especially our Immune System, preventing the passage of disease.
