The ultimate slimming method.

When you start eating, concentrate on what you are eating. Chew each mouthful at least 50 times, so that it reaches the stomach in a mush and well mixed with saliva. The effort used for digestion and the use of gastric acids will be minimal and saliva will have neutralised the less healthy components.
